Take a left off of the exit and follow KY-14 to the 4-way stop. Turn left onto Ky-16 and the firehouse is less than .25 miles on your right before you reach the baseball field.
Karlo's in Florence provided the food last year and we are working to see if they will help us again this year.

UC Homecoming to grant wishes...
It is time again for the University of Cincinnati’s 2nd Annual Homecoming 5K to Grant Wishes Today! It will be Friday, October 10, 2008 - part of the official Homecoming Weekend festivities. The event is open to all!

This is a great way to get UC and the community involved in such a wonderful cause. UC’s Fraternity and Sorority Community raised over $33,000 during our last campaign, and we have even bigger goals for this year’s campaign that we are hoping you can help us attain. Thanks to you, last year we had over 350 walkers and raised over $7300! Students, Alumni, Faculty, Staff, Administration, and Community Members participated!

My name is Shane Richardson. I lost my son in a tragic farm accident on October 3, 2006. To honor my son’s memory, I started an annual golf outing called the Tyler’s Cup to raise money for a charity called Abilities First Foundation. Abilities First Foundation is in Middletown, Ohio. Abilities First is a designated 501(3)(c) non-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Code of the Internal Revenue Service. Abilities First provides Pediatric Therapies, an Early Childhood Learning Center, Employment Services, Transitions Program, Residential services, Community Living and an Adult Day Program for children and adults with disabilities in Butler, Warren, Hamilton, and Montgomery counties.
We are holding our second Annual Tyler’s Cup Golf outing on October 11, 2008 at Pleasant Hill Golf Course in Monroe, Ohio.
If you are interested in playing in the tournament and compete for The Tyler's Cup, please get a four- some together and contact us for entry information at 513-726-1154 or email me at sarichardson091@aol.com . Fees are $65.00 per person and include a catered dinner after the outing. The tee off is around 8:30 and we will shotgun start. Sign up sheets will be posted. If you are interested in sponsoring a hole, you can donate $50.00 and your name will be put on a hole at the golf outing or you can donate any other amount for Abilities First Foundation. Strike Out Breast Cancer
Strike Out Breast Cancer- Bowling For Breast Cancer Benefit
The Benefit will be held at Super Bowl Bellewood in Newport, KY. There address is 1211 Waterworks Rd Newport, KY 41071 Phone # is (859) 781-1211. Tickets will be $15.00 to get in, it covers 4 hours of bowling (6pm - 10pm) including shoes. Everyone that comes automatically gets a goody bag and entered into the door prize.
Kids 5 and under get in free, then 6-10 are only $9.00, 11 and up are $15.00 each. We will be having other raffles as well, to win lots of prizes and split the pot. There will be food available at the concession stands and I will be bringing in some cake as well for people to snack on for free.
All money will be turned in to Making Strides on the day of the walk Oct 12th, I would like to also encourage anyone to walk with us on the day of the walk. This is going to be a family friendly environment for all ages, so I hope that everyone can make it. After the benefit is over people are more than welcome to stay and celebrate after the event. Adults 21 and up are more than welcome to go down to the Driftwood Lounge.
