Our very own Ashley McCollum, daughter of Rev. Jim Wynn and Caron McCollum -Wynn, along with her Fiancée Sean Collier are 1 of 5 finalists in the “Will You Marry Me” contest, sponsored by Essence Magazine and Tiffany and Company.
You will be able to go on line to www.essence.com and view the proposals as well as cast your vote for Sean and Ashley!!! Voting begins, Monday, January 5, 2009. (You will have from January 5, 2009 through February 12, 2009 to vote)
The Grand Prize is a $50,000 dream Wedding! All the contestants along with their fiancées will be flown to New York to appear on “Good Morning America Show” sometime in February. At that time the winner will be announced. Sean and the other 4 contestants will be featured in the February issue of the Essence Magazine. (With Tyler Perry on the cover)

Sean is 24 yrs. old and lives in Riverdale, Ga. where he is a firefighter.
Ashley is a 21yr. old senior at Alabama State University where she is a Biology Major. The couple plans to get married early spring of 2010.
